Main Event Muay Thai Geelong – Results & Photos

On Saturday June 20 the WKA hosted another fantastic amateur event at the North Melbourne Boxing Club.

We had 2 boys representing Main Event Muay Thai, Ben Zambelis in Muay Thai, and Daniel Black in MMA. Both boys come up against tough opponents but were both fortunate enough to dominate both their fights. This was Ben’s second amateur fight, and Dans first. Both boys hope to compete on the next WKA event in 8 week. Check out the photos below to see all the Action.

We also had the newest member of our team Stacey McCain compete on the Saturday night at Rumble in The Jungle 32.

Stacey fought the very tough Lori Bekeri over a 3round war under K-1 rules, and was fortunate enough to come away with a unanimous decision win. Scroll down below to see some pics before the fight (Action shots will be added later in the week)
