Metafit Geelong- October Workout
Hi Guys! The new October workout ‘Assassin’ will be on show this week at Geelong’s home of MetaFit, Main Event Fitness! This will run at our usual time of Tuesday & Thursday at 7am. Assassin is a 21 minute workout and consists of 3 rounds of 3 exercises done twice through 25 seconds work and only 10 rest, each round ends with its own mini finisher of 40 seconds. The exercises are below..
Round 1:
180 Squat Jumps
Pop Ups
Side Alternate Lunge Jumps
Agility Sprint (Finisher)
Round 2:
In-Out Press Up
Superman Plank
Oblique Sq Thrust
Hurdle Jumps (Finisher)
Round 3:
Hammer Blows
2 Step Dash
Reverse Plank
Burpee Turns (Finisher)
Followed by a final finisher of Agility Sprint, Hurdle Jumps and burpee turns back to back 30 seconds work on each, no rest.
