Main Event Muay Thai Geelong – Jacob Bennett Thailand Trip

Jacob Bennett recently completed a 3 week training camp with our friends at the Sumalee Boxing Gym in Thailand. Jacob was able to fully immerse himself into the training by lodging at the gym, using his time with the trainers, and other fighters, to enhance his growing skills as a clean, crisp and disciplined Muay Thai fighter.

During his short 3 week stay, he was honoured to be asked to represent the Sumalee Boxing Gym, and fought a formidable Chinese opponent by the name of Ajiang, weighing in at a whopping 8kgs heavier than Jacob. The fight was a hard fought win for Jacob, using skills honed both at Main Event Muay Thai, and Sumalee Boxing Gym, to grind out the win. Congratulations Jacob!
