Jacob “The Whippet” Bennett’s Cage Fight

The Main Event fight team are excited to announce that Jacob “The Whippet” Bennett’s will be competing in the cage. We have booked Jacob for Caged Muay Thai 9, in a UFC style cage with 4oz gloves. What excites Jacob about fighting on one of Australia’s biggest promotions in the cage? The uncertainty… The unfamiliarity of small gloves in the cage in a foreign state!

Jacob is excited to be put out of his comfort zone, after fighting in Thailand in his first full Thai rules 5 rounder against a guy with triple the amount of fights Jacob had behind him, Jacob feels he can push himself to do anything! The rush of being in the cage excites Jacob, as well as the chance to represent his gym and trainers. A big fan of the UFC Jacob wants to test himself and have a sense of feeling like they do!

Jacob is fighting against Mason Cole (Weight: 63.5kg) from “Heart Out Muay Thai” in 3X3 min rounds. We’re yet to secure all the details, so stay tuned!
