Olympic Weight Lifting Program

Barbell Crew is a 6-week Olympic Weight Lifting fundamentals program run by ETC trainer Ben Silva. The program is held in a safe, friendly and fun environment, suitable for all fitness and experience levels.

The program will include:

  • clean and jerk
  • classic snatch
  • squatting
  • deadlift
  • pressing

If fundamentals are done right, it may result in:

  • body reshaping
  • fat loss
  • builds muscles
  • slows down the ageing process
  • lift heavy weights and look good whilst doing it

Where: Elite Training Centre, Geelong

When: Commencing 02/10/2018

Please choose your preferred session day/time, when you have done so, this will be your training session for the duration of this program.

Day Tuesday Wednesday Thursday  Friday
Time 6.15pm-7.15pm 6am-7am 6pm-7pm 6am-7am

Note: a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 people per training sessions only (non-ETC members also welcome)

Cost: $210 normal investment
