For Claire, 48 almost, stepping into the gym was a completely new experience. She’d never been to a gym before, but something changed—she realised it was time to take control of her health and fitness.

Now, it’s become a family affair. Claire drives 25 minutes to train alongside her husband, her son, her daughter, and even her son’s girlfriend. It’s not just about getting fit—it’s about bonding, supporting each other, and setting an example for the next generation.
“I thought, I better do something. My son and daughter were already coming to Carbon Gym, so they said, ‘Why not join us?’ So I did.”

Park nearby and walk down to the outdoor gym area.

Come down at 7am if you want to join the coaches for a walk beforehand!
