Fitness-based goals:
My biggest fitness based goals are to help men, women and children achieve their full potential towards becoming the best version of themselves through personalise training programs, motivation, and support. I aim to inspire others to prioritise their physical and mental well-being, overcome obstacles, and reach their personal fitness goals. I strongly believe in the transformative power of regular exercise, healthy lifestyle habits, along with a positive mindset that leads to an improvement in the overall quality of life. My ultimate goal is to empower others to lead healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives through fitness and wellness.
Favourite foods and supplements:
- Favourite cheat meal – Hawaiian chicken parmigiana with chips and salad
- Favourite clean meal – grilled chicken breast with Moroccan seasoning, sweet potato / pumpkin mash and green beans

Why I got into the fitness industry:
After going through my own personal battles on a number of different levels I decided to become a strength and fitness coach and develop a mission to empower men and women to overcome their own personal challenges, just as I have. Having battled through my own personal struggles with mental health issues, obesity (lost over 55kg), and even facing moments of despair that led to suicidal thoughts I understand the journey to self-improvement on a deeper level than most coaches you will come across. Through my own personal transformations, I’ve learned through the power of fitness, positive mindfulness and wellness the benefits it all brings to healing not only the body and most importantly the mind.
What is your coaching style?
My approach as a coach is rooted in empathy and unwavering motivation and support. I am here to guide you through your own obstacles, helping you build physical strength, mental resilience, and a positive self-image. Together, I can promise you that we will work towards unlocking your full potential and creating the best version of yourself. So Let’s embark on this journey of change and transformation together!!
Tell us something about yourself:
I am an Australian Army veteran and served in the regular Army for 8 years as a logistics specialist. I was posted to various units around the country and hold some amazing memories and friendships from my time serving. I truly believe more of our younger people in society need to experience things like military service even if it’s Army Reserves.
I played high level competitive tennis in Geelong and Victoria from the age of 9 to 18 until I left school and then joined the Army.
I’ve also successfully completed some other amazing individual achievements which have been extremely rewarding each in their own way.

- Walked/Ran 7 FULL marathons over 7 Days for charity with RUOK and Anytime Fitness Australia for Suicide Prevention (2021)
